Taking the time to rest and restore is an important part of living the busy lives that we live. Because of this, I am offering a retreat near the mountains. The amazing airbnb that I have chosen to use has an indoor pool, and sauna. There are hiking trails, and a firepit. I will be offering yoga, sourdough, and kombucha classes. My sister will be offering rejuvenating sound baths, and an Ayurveda 101 class. Come and be nourished both mentally, and physically at this amazing weekend. You can choose which classes that you want to take, if any at all. Rest for you may mean to just relax, and not do anything. It may mean just taking the classes that you feel that you need in your life.
What is Ayurveda?
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary Ayurveda is “a form of alternative medicine that is the traditional system of medicine of India and seeks to treat and integrate body, mind, and spirit using a comprehensive holistic approach especially by emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, breathing, and physical therapy.” Again, this may be something that you are interested in. It may not.
Multiple Yoga Classes!
There will be an evening yoga class the first night of the retreat as well as a sunrise yoga, and one after breakfast on the last day. You can take all classes, or none, but I bet that you will be surprised at what you can do! Hi Leiloni, my name is Rose and I am a friend of Summer’s . I would like to put down a deposit to join the retreat and will plan to share a room with my friend Alison, who I believe reached out to you already. I do have a therapy dog who is a certified ESA with paperwork. I am wondering if I would be able to bring I would bring his crate and he would stay in that in the room while we were doing activities. Summer said to ask you specifically about this question. How do I make a deposit and register? Thank you so much!
