Phase 2 of the 75 Hard Tomorrow!

As part of the 75 Hard Live Hard challenge, it is required to take a 30 day break between Phase 1 and Phase 2. Tomorrow will be day 31, so it is time to begin Phase 2. What does this mean for me?

– Drink a Gallon of Water
– Read 10 Pages of a Non-Fiction, Self-Development Focused Book
– Complete 2, 45 Minute Workouts (One Must Be Outdoors)
– Follow a Diet (No Alcohol or Cheat Meals)
– Take a Progress Picture”

A big part of me is super ready for this as it is the same rules for the first part of the 75 Hard Challenge, but it is only 30 days. Part of me is nervous, because our homeschool year just began and it super busy. I feel that is even more of a reason to do it. I need the structure and something to keep me on track. My kids need me to be healthy and strong. My goal this time is to go for health and strength. That is why I am going to be doing the Hormone Intelligence eating plan which will be super difficult! You can find out more about this plan by reading the Hormone Intelligence book by Aviva Romm MD. It does not allow for highly processed foods, processed sugar, gluten, dairy, or coffee. Pray for me on that last one. I am so glad that I have my yoga teaching and supporters to help me through. Let’s do this!
