Whether or not you are choosing lunches for you, for your spouse, or for children, the best way to ensure that what is eaten is nutritional is to pack it yourself. The way that I have found that causes the least amount of stress in this area is to plan ahead so that you buy what you need at the store, and then when packing in the morning everything is so much easier to put together. For my family, I found sectional tupperware type containers on amazon that has sections so that we have something easy to grab and throw together on co-op days, or long days were we will be out for many hours. After many years of packing for our homeschool co-ops, I have decided to make a list that may just make creating different kinds of lunches easier for you, and your family.

This is a good list! I’ll have to keep these in mind when I run out of ideas.
Feel free to pin to your boards for easy reference.
Great ideas! I have two growing teens in the house and I send them to school with lunch and snacks. I am always looking for new foods to keep them full, healthy, and energized!
Please pin for future reference.
Great ideas! I find that my family always start out so well with our lunches at the beginning of the school year, then our ideas fade quickly. I will have to come back to this list on those occasions!
Please pin it so that it will be easy to go back and see.
I haven’t had to pack lunches in a while, but these are great ideas.
Thank you!
